\nCulminating at an altitude of over 4,000 meters, this colorful landscape bears witness to the intense tectonic activity that created the Himalayas. The hues of these mountains are due to the presence of minerals, such as iron, copper, and manganese, in ancient marine sediments shaped by the collision between the Indian and Eurasian plates.<\/p>\n
